Europe On Its Way to Becoming the Mecca of VR

May 20, 2018

More and more events are being organized in the Old Continent and with the advent of Vive’s VR accelerator – Vive X, it’s becoming ever so clear that Europe is establishing itself as a key figure in the VR world.

As the industry spreads across the worlds, its access will increase as well. More developers. More users. More innovation. Everyone wins!

Vive X Opens London Office

With the opening of its sixth location, Vive X is finally establishing a foothold on European soil. Startups across the continent are now able to join the VR/AR accelerator. As of right now, the focus is primarily on B2B and Enterprise apps. With that said, everyone is welcome to present their product!

VR Days 2018

One of the most anticipated events in the industry, VR Days was a tremendous success last year, with speakers such as High Fidelity CEO - Philip Rosedale, Microsoft’s Principal Development Lead - Michael Gourlay, Executive Editor of VR for The Guardian - Francesca Panetta and many, many more. The event is focused on V/A/M Reality. It’s located in Amsterdam and is scheduled for October 24-26th. More than 140 speakers are scheduled for 2018!

SplitX is Closing in

Only a few days remain until SplitX’s official start! As we previously wrote, the event is launching May 25th in Split, Croatia, and will feature VR and AR in enterprise, fundraising, productivity in 3D environments, as well as a showcase of Vive, Vive Pro and Vive Focus. Among the invite-only guest list is our very own co-founder and CEO of Quark VR – Krasimir Nikolov.

The future of VR is looking brighter every day!
